You’ll be both our executive assistant and the person who owns our content and brand, so you’ll touch almost everything we do. Who you are You’re proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what needs doing and you start. You think a step ahead. You’re organized, diligent, and you can juggle many things at once without dropping any of them. You communicate clearly and often. When something changes, you adjust fast and stay on point. You have real taste. You can take a rough idea or a raw clip and turn it into something that looks and sounds great. You’re comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT and Claude) to work faster and smarter, and you’re eager to keep learning. And you’re a follower of Jesus. You’re glad to support and help build a business and brand that’s openly centered on faith. What you’ll own This role is part executive assistant, part content and brand lead. You won’t just execute. Over time, you’ll own it. On any given week that could include: Content and brand Owning our content engine across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Video editing, captions, and turning long content into short-form clips Writing and scheduling posts in our voice Keeping our brand consistent, sharp, and on-message everywhere Executive assistant Calendar, inbox, and task management Research, organizing, and prepping materials so we can focus on high-value work General support across both the business and our personal life, so we get our time and mental space back You’ll grow into a true partner. The more you take off our plate, the more we trust you with, and the further this role can go. The schedule This is a split-shift role overlapping our hours in California (Pacific time). Roughly: Morning: 6:30am to 10:30am PT Afternoon: 3:30pm to 6:30pm PT That’s about 20 to 35 hours a week to start, with room to grow toward full-time. We need someone who can genuinely commit to them. We value flexibility and dependability. When something time-sensitive comes up, we need someone who’s willing to be on point and adjust. Pay Starting at $8/hour, with real room to grow as you prove yourself and take on more. This is built to become a long-term, full-time partnership for the right person.
