Executive Assistant to the CEO (Remote) Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in managing daily operations, communications, scheduling, and executive priorities. This is a full-time remote contractor role requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, highly organized, and experienced in supporting senior executives while coordinating across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Executive Support * Manage and organize the CEO’s email inbox, including prioritization, follow-ups, and responses where appropriate. * Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling priorities. * Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries. * Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. * Support day-to-day executive operations and ensure smooth workflow management. Administrative Support * Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. * Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organized documentation systems. * Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team follow-ups. * Support the creation and refinement of presentations and marketing materials. * Conduct light research and compile relevant information and insights as needed. Communication & Collaboration * Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. * Facilitate clear communication and coordination across cross-functional remote teams. * Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications * 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership. * Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. * Proven ability to manage complex schedules, shifting priorities, and multiple deadlines. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate independently. * Experience coordinating across teams and managing stakeholder communication professionally.
