Job Title: Executive Assistant & Growth Partner (Inbox, CRM, & LinkedIn Management) Job Description Are you an organized, proactive, and people-first Executive Assistant who loves turning chaos into calm? If you thrive on keeping a business moving, building genuine relationships, and ensuring no lead ever falls through the cracks, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a trusted partner to manage our CEO's calendar, monitor his inbox, nurture warm leads, and help scale his LinkedIn presence. This isn't just a data-entry gig - you will be key to daily operations and a direct reflection of our brand. --- Key Responsibilities Inbox & Calendar Triage: Manage inbox daily—triage incoming mail, flag urgent items that need CEO's attention, and draft polished replies for my approval. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups: Stay on top of warm leads and follow up gently but consistently so nothing slips through the cracks. Meeting Coordination: Book and coordinate meetings with prospective customers, ensuring smooth scheduling within PST time zone. LinkedIn Pipeline & Content: Help build CEO's LinkedIn pipeline, draft connection requests, and schedule posts written in his authentic voice. CRM Management: Keep our CRM and sales pipeline current, accurate, and organized. --- About You (Required Qualifications) Excellent Written English: You will be drafting posts, invitations, and customer-facing emails. Your writing must be natural, engaging, and professional. Time Zone Overlap: You must have at least 3–4 hours of live overlap with Pacific Time Zone. Tool Fluency: You are already highly comfortable with: Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) LinkedIn (Ideally Sales Navigator) Thinkific & Luma WhatsApp Communities Canva Proactive & Reliable: You don't just wait for instructions. You love owning checklists, anticipating needs, and follow up when required. Mission Fit: You are warm, empathetic, and people-first. You understand that behind every email and LinkedIn message is a real human being. --- Project Details Start Date: As soon as possible Commitment: Part-time ongoing (approx.
