Summary

We are seeking a skilled assistant to support the President in all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Position Summary: Assist in streamlining administrative responsibilities for the President and support all eight departments within the company. Hours: - Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: - Part-Time: $25-30 per hour - Full-Time: $50,000–$60,000 annually President Support - Assist with scheduling and calendar management. - Manage email inboxes and correspondence. - Provide administrative support as needed. - Update property and construction pipeline as needed Department Responsibilities 1. Finance - Review vendor invoices. - Assist with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) when needed. 2. Human Resources - Schedule quarterly employee reviews and check-ins. - Assist with HR-related administrative tasks. 3. Marketing - Responsibilities to be determined. 4. Acquisitions - Input contracts into company systems. - Review scopes of work submitted by acquisitions agents. 5. Transaction Coordination (TC) - Work with all parties involved in transactions, including Acquisitions, Attorneys, Construction, and Realtors, to move properties through the pipeline efficiently. - Ensure utilities and related services are transferred as needed. 6. Construction - Assist the acting Construction Manager with initiating renovation projects. - Help track projects through completion and closeout. 7. Dispositions (Dispo) - Assist the acting Disposition Manager in identifying buyers for off-market properties. - Coordinate with both retail homebuyers and investors. 8. Property Management (PM) - Serve as the primary point of contact for the Property Manager. - Respond to and coordinate repair requests, tenant concerns, and other property-related issues within established thresholds.
