Executive Contact Researcher – Executive Assistants & Executive Office Contacts
Worldwide
We are looking for a resourceful researcher to support an ongoing executive outreach program targeting C-level leaders at large U.S. companies. We will provide a list of executives, including their company and position. Your task is to identify the most relevant person around each executive for a professional telephone follow-up. This will typically be an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Administrative Business Partner, or another clearly relevant member of the executive’s office. What We Need For each executive, please research: * The name and title of the relevant assistant or executive-office contact * Their LinkedIn profile * Their business email address, including pattern-derived addresses where appropriate * A relevant office or assistant phone number, if available * Source links and brief notes explaining the connection A general company phone number should only be used as a fallback when no more relevant contact can be identified. We are not looking for the executive’s personal direct phone number, generic Investor Relations or Media Relations contacts, customer service numbers, or unrelated departmental contacts. The main value of this assignment is identifying the person who manages access to the executive. Research Approach LinkedIn will likely be the primary source, supported by company websites, press releases, conference profiles, public directories, search engines, and email-verification tools. You should be able to distinguish between confirmed information, reasonable inference, and unverified data. Any inferred email address or assumed reporting relationship must be clearly labeled. Volume and Timing We expect to ramp up to approximately 150–250 executive records per month, usually provided in weekly batches. We are looking for someone who can complete each batch quickly, accurately, and consistently. This may become a long-term assignment. Ideal Background Relevant experience may include executive research, LinkedIn research (SalesNavigator etc.), contact enrichment, email-pattern research, and work with large corporate organizations. Strong manual research skills are more important than reliance on any single database or tool. Application Questions Please include: 1. How you would identify an Executive Assistant who is not listed on the company website 2. Which tools and sources you use 3. How you verify email patterns and reporting relationships 4. How many records of this complexity you could complete per week 5. An anonymized example of similar research We may begin with a small paid test batch.
