Executive Creative Director (Contract) Help Define a Category-Defining B2B Brand

We're looking for an exceptional creative leader to help evolve the visual identity and website experience for a rapidly growing B2B marketing technology company. This is not a traditional website redesign project. Over the past several months we've developed a new category narrative, positioning, messaging architecture, competitive analysis, and several initial creative concepts. We're looking for an experienced creative director who can take that foundation and elevate it into a distinctive visual language that extends across our website, presentations, events, advertising, social, research, and broader brand experience. We are not looking for someone to make our website look more modern. We are looking for someone to help create one of the most distinctive and recognizable brands in enterprise B2B. Selection Process We believe creative direction is best evaluated through work rather than portfolios alone. We will select up to three finalists within approximately 24 hours of posting. Each finalist will receive a paid creative exploration engagement of $500. Finalists will be asked to develop an initial creative direction based on the attached materials. We expect submissions within approximately 24–48 hours. Following review, we will select one creative partner and immediately begin the final phase of the engagement. Our goal is to complete the overall project within approximately one to two weeks. Experience creating: Enterprise B2B brands Brand identity systems Repositioning initiatives Category-defining brands Distinctive visual systems is highly relevant.
