Hiring: Executive Growth & Brand Operations Assistant (Part-Time | Remote) Help Scale IDEA.OS™ Globally I’m looking for someone who wants to help build a global consulting and thought leadership brand,not just manage a calendar. I am the creator of IDEA.OS™, an operating system that helps organizations recover stalled transformations, accelerate execution, and create measurable business outcomes. This role is for someone who enjoys research, organization, digital marketing, relationship management, and helping an executive operate at a higher level. Hours * Part-Time * 20 hours per week * Fully Remote * Flexible schedule with overlap for occasional meetings Your Mission Your objective is simple: Create more opportunities for IDEA.OS™ by increasing my visibility, protecting my brand, and helping me engage the right audiences around the world. You will operate as my Growth Operations Assistant. Responsibilities LinkedIn Growth & Brand Management * Manage my LinkedIn presence daily * Publish thought leadership posts from content I provide * Format and optimize posts for engagement * Respond to comments in my established brand voice * Maintain a high-authority executive presence * Monitor inbound messages and opportunities * Identify strategic people for me to engage with * Build and maintain meaningful LinkedIn relationships Website Management * Create and maintain the IDEA.OS™ website * Update landing pages * Improve messaging and calls-to-action * Monitor inbound contact forms * Track website performance * Recommend improvements for conversions Opportunity Intelligence Every week you will actively scan the internet for opportunities such as: * Executive consulting opportunities * Transformation leadership roles * Fractional executive engagements * Podcast guest requests * Conference speaking opportunities * Industry roundtables * Executive networking groups * Guest articles * Webinar invitations * Panel discussions * Partnership opportunities You should proactively bring opportunities to me, not wait to be asked. Podcast & Media Outreach Research and coordinate opportunities with: * Business podcasts * Technology podcasts * Executive leadership podcasts * Transformation podcasts * Innovation podcasts Responsibilities include: * Outreach * Scheduling * Follow-up * Media coordination * Calendar management Speaking Engagements Research and coordinate keynote speaking opportunities including: * Technology conferences * PMO conferences * Digital transformation events * AI conferences * Executive leadership summits * Manufacturing events * Healthcare technology events * Private Equity conferences Regions include: * United States * Canada * Mexico * Latin America * Europe * United Kingdom * Middle East * India * Singapore * Australia Global Event Research Continuously identify high-value networking events where I should be present. Your recommendations should prioritize: * Executive decision-makers * CIOs * CTOs * COOs * CEOs * Private Equity firms * Operating Partners * Transformation leaders Executive Administration * Calendar management * Scheduling meetings * Coordinating travel when needed * Managing follow-ups * Organizing contacts and CRM * Keeping priorities aligned * Preparing agendas and meeting briefs Required Skills You should already be comfortable with: * LinkedIn * Google Workspace * Microsoft Office * Notion or similar documentation tools * Canva * WordPress or Webflow * Basic SEO * ChatGPT and AI productivity tools * Strong written English * Excellent research skills Bonus experience: * HubSpot * Apollo * Clay * Zapier * Mailchimp * Podcast outreach * Executive assistant experience * B2B consulting * Personal brand management What Success Looks Like Within 90 days, I expect measurable progress including: * LinkedIn engagement consistently increasing * Professional website launched and actively maintained * Weekly pipeline of qualified consulting opportunities * Podcast interviews scheduled * Speaking engagements secured * High-quality networking opportunities identified * Administrative workload significantly reduced * Strong executive operating rhythm established Ideal Candidate You are: * Highly organized * Proactive * Exceptionally resourceful * Comfortable working independently * Curious and always researching * Detail-oriented * Professional in written communication * Able to represent an executive brand with maturity and confidence Most importantly, you enjoy building systems that help other people succeed.
