Executive Travel Assistant | Travel Hacking, Luxury Travel & Founder Support Summary I’m an Australian entrepreneur who will be travelling with my partner for the next several months through Japan, the Maldives and Europe. I’m looking for an exceptional Travel Assistant who loves planning amazing trips, finding incredible flight and hotel deals, and making travel completely seamless. Your job isn’t just to book flights and hotels. I want someone who genuinely enjoys travel and gets excited about finding the best Business Class reward seats, beautiful hotels, hidden restaurants, unique experiences and creating unforgettable itineraries. My time is extremely limited, so I’m looking for someone who can do the research, compare options, present recommendations and make travelling as effortless as possible. This role will be heavily travel-focused to begin with, but could grow into a long-term Executive Assistant position for the right person. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Plan complete international trips from start to finish. • Research and monitor Business Class reward seats using tools like Seats.aero and airline loyalty programs. • Help maximise my AMEX Membership Rewards, Velocity and other airline points. • Book Marriott hotels and optimise available rates and benefits. • Research the best neighbourhoods, cafés, restaurants, attractions and hidden gems based on the style of travel my partner and I enjoy. • Build beautiful AI-powered travel itineraries that are practical, organised and easy to follow. • Research visa requirements, entry rules, travel documentation and other important travel logistics. • Create detailed travel budgets, including estimated daily spending, accommodation, transport, food and activities. • Compare multiple travel options and provide clear recommendations with pros and cons. • Organise booking confirmations, reservation details and travel documents in a clean and accessible way. • Stay on top of changing flight availability and suggest better opportunities whenever they appear. • Assist with general administrative tasks when required. ⸻ We’re Looking For Someone Who… Travel is more than just booking flights to you. You genuinely enjoy researching destinations, finding amazing hotels, discovering incredible restaurants and building experiences people will remember forever. You’re naturally organised. You enjoy comparing options rather than picking the first result. You think ahead, notice small details and solve problems before they happen. Most importantly, you’re someone I can trust to make excellent decisions without needing constant direction. ⸻ You’ll Be a Great Fit If You • Have experience planning international travel. • Have experience with airline reward programs or travel hacking. • Love researching destinations and building itineraries. • Are highly proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. • Have exceptional organisational skills. • Communicate clearly and respond quickly. • Can manage multiple bookings and moving parts without missing details. • Take ownership and enjoy figuring things out. • Are resourceful and enjoy solving problems. ⸻ Bonus Points If You • Have experience using Seats.aero. • Understand Marriott Bonvoy and hotel loyalty programs. • Have experience using AMEX Membership Rewards, Velocity, Qantas Frequent Flyer or similar airline programs. • Have travelled extensively yourself / Have created itineraries for multiple countries. • Have experience supporting founders or executives. • Have used Notion, ClickUp or similar productivity tools. ⸻ Long-Term Opportunity This role is initially focused on travel planning over the coming months, but I’m ultimately looking for someone who could grow into my long-term Executive Assistant. If we work well together, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility across both my personal and professional life. ⸻ To Prove You’ve Read This, Start Your Application With: 👉 “Let’s find your next Business Class seat.” ⸻ When You Apply, Include: LOOMS ARE PREFERRED AND TAKEN MORE SERIOUSLY • A short introduction about yourself. • Your experience with travel planning or travel hacking. • Your favourite points redemption or travel deal you’ve found. • An itinerary or trip you’ve planned that you’re proud of. • The AI tools you regularly use. • Your hourly rate and weekly availability. • If possible, include a short Loom introducing yourself and explaining why you’d be a great fit.
