This is NOT a typical virtual assistant role. You will work directly with the owner of a physician-led healthcare company in the United States and help build multiple exciting healthcare businesses from the ground up. You’ll help coordinate projects, organize operations, create marketing materials, assist with hiring, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Executive Assistance ✔ Calendar management ✔ Email management ✔ Research projects ✔ Vendor coordination ✔ Meeting notes ✔ Document preparation ✔ SOP creation ✔ Organizing Google Drive ✔ Task management ✔ Project tracking ✔ Internet research ✔ Data entry ⸻ Project Management Coordinate dozens of projects simultaneously including: • New Urgent Care opening • Healthcare marketing • Hiring • Occupational medicine contracts • Business development • Operations manuals • New service launches • Vendor follow-up • Equipment ordering • Timeline management ⸻ Marketing & Social Media Create Canva graphics Schedule social media posts Write captions Create LinkedIn content Create Instagram content Create Facebook content Update websites Coordinate email marketing Research hashtags Monitor social media engagement Organize content calendars Repurpose videos into multiple pieces of content ⸻ AI & Technology We use AI every day. Experience with: • Social Media • Canva • ChatGPT • Google Workspace • Project Management • Marketing • Administrative Support ⸻ Work Schedule 40 hours per week Monday–Friday Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (U.S.) for meetings and collaboration. Created professional documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
