Executive Assistant / Customer Service & Outreach Coordinator Project Casting is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily operations, customer communication, social media, and business outreach. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers, clients, companies, and partners. This role includes helping manage communication, scheduling, follow-ups, customer support, social media engagement, and LinkedIn outreach to support company growth. Ideal candidate should have: Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service experience Social media experience Familiarity with LinkedIn and online outreach Ability to follow up and stay on top of tasks Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude Experience in entertainment, casting, media, or startups is a plus. This is an entry-level contract position with compensation starting at $10/hour + bonus, with opportunity for advancement to Head of Partnerships position.
