Job Description: Bilingual Executive Assistant (JobTread, GHL, & Spreadsheets) Job Title: Bilingual Executive Assistant (English/Spanish) – CRM, Reports, & Call Handling Location: Remote (Preferably aligned with US Time Zones / Latin America) Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Ongoing) Experience Level: Intermediate to Expert Job Overview We are seeking an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Bilingual Executive Assistant to support our daily operations. In this role, you will act as a key administrator—managing data entry, generating performance reports, and serving as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), JobTread, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and can communicate flawlessly in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Systems & Data Entry: Maintain and update client databases, project files, and records in JobTread and GoHighLevel (GHL). Reporting: Generate, organize, and analyze weekly/monthly reports from GHL, JobTread, and spreadsheets to track KPIs, project progress, and sales. Phone Reception & Support: Answer incoming phone calls professionally in both English and Spanish, route calls, take detailed messages, and follow up with leads or clients. Spreadsheet Management: Build, update, and manage Google Sheets or Excel tracking sheets with high accuracy. General Admin Support: Assist the executive team with calendar management, email correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Bilingual: Fully fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish (non-negotiable). Software Proficiency: Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) and JobTread. Spreadsheet Mastery: Strong skills in Google Sheets/MS Excel (formulas, data formatting, and pivot tables). Communication & Phone Manners: A clear, warm, and professional phone presence with a quiet, distraction-free remote work setup. Attention to Detail: Excellent data entry accuracy and a highly organized approach to multitasking. Reliability: High-speed, stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
