Experience Accountant for Accounting Firm

We are dedicated to helping our clients grow and prosper by providing them with top quality and affordable accounting and bookkeeping services. We do have clients from different countries. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated person with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a time sensitive and detail-oriented environment with minimal supervision as a contracted staff accountant / bookkeeper. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as great time management and organizational skills. Duties could include (but not limited to) data entry, preparing general ledgers, Accounts Payable entry, Accounts Receivable entry and collections, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, KPI, Cash Flow, Accounts Reconciliations and financial statement preparation. Experience with Excel and Word is required. Applicant must have demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks (version 2015 or above). Familiarity with Xero and other ERP programs is a plus. Successful candidate should possess the ability to project a professional company image through video conference, email, and phone interaction.
