Experienced Account Manager for Digital Marketing Agency

We’re an established U.S. digital marketing agency looking for a senior Account Manager who can take ownership of a client portfolio and become a long-term part of our team. You should already know how to lead strategy conversations, manage client expectations, coordinate fulfillment teams, retain accounts, and connect marketing performance to business outcomes. ### What You’ll Own * Client relationships from onboarding through retention and growth * Strategy meetings, reporting calls, and proactive client communication * A portfolio of SEO, Paid Ads, Content, and Web accounts * Coordination and accountability across fulfillment teams * Identifying risks, improving retention, and finding growth opportunities ### You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have * 3+ years of account management experience inside a digital marketing agency * Experience managing at least $40,000 in monthly recurring revenue * Strong meeting leadership and client communication skills * A proven record of retaining and growing client accounts * Excellent organization, follow-through, and personal accountability * Availability during North American business hours We’re building an entrepreneurial team where strong performers can grow their responsibility, leadership, and compensation.
