Experienced US Accounting & Bookkeeping Professionals LATAM— Remote, Long-Term Engagements

What we're looking for: 3+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience, ideally supporting US or international clients Working knowledge of US GAAP (strongly preferred) Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, or similar Strong written and spoken English — you'll work directly with US-based teams Comfortable collaborating in real time during US business hours Detail-oriented and able to own your work with minimal supervision Roles we're focused on: Bookkeeping & transaction processing Staff accounting (reconciliations, AP/AR, month-end close) Financial reporting What we offer: Long-term, stable engagements — we work toward placements that run 1–2 years, not one-off projects Direct work with US firms Competitive pay, above local market rates A team that's building something properly and for the long run How to apply — please read carefully.
