Job Title Experienced Apparel Graphic Designer Needed to Create Master Editable Vector T-Shirt Templates + Multiple Variations Job Description We are a restaurant/bar creating a premium apparel collection built around humorous, vintage-inspired designs. We already have approximately 10 shirt designs created as raster graphics and need them professionally recreated into a clean, editable design system. This is NOT a simple vector conversion or Illustrator Image Trace project. We are looking for an experienced apparel designer to manually recreate two master designs and then use that master file to produce multiple additional versions. This project is intended to establish a long-term relationship with a designer for future apparel collections, event merchandise, hats, koozies, stickers, and promotional products. Project Overview Phase 1 – Create Two Master Templates Based On Uploaded Logo Files (one with cocktail glass and one with martini shaker) Select two designs and professionally recreate it from scratch. The master template should be built so future versions can be created quickly by changing only the tagline, colors, or minor graphic elements. The artwork should be clean enough that another professional designer could easily edit it years from now. Phase 2 – Create Additional Versions After one master template is approved, use it to create approximately 10 additional versions. Most changes will simply be: Different tagline (taglines will be provided upon approval of master logos) Different shirt color Different ink color Minor spacing adjustments if necessary The overall design and layout should remain consistent across the collection. Requirements The artwork must be: Manually recreated (NO Image Trace or auto-vector conversion) Built with clean vector paths Smooth curves with minimal anchor points Production-ready for screen printing Fully scalable Organized into logical layers Easy to edit in the future Consistent typography, spacing, line weights, and proportions Suitable for one-color and multi-color printing Please preserve the vintage, retro screen-print aesthetic while improving consistency and overall quality. Deliverables Please provide all final artwork in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) SVG EPS Editable PDF Print-ready PDF High-resolution PNG with transparent background Layered source files Canva-compatible file or Canva template (preferred whenever possible) Font files (if licensing allows) or links to the fonts used Color swatches/palette used in the design File Organization Please organize the master Illustrator file into clearly labeled layers including (when applicable): Main Title Secondary Text Tagline Martini Glass or Martini Shaker Cocktail Flag (for Martini Glass only) 401 Logo Decorative Elements Distress Texture Borders Background Color Swatches The distress texture should remain on its own layer so it can easily be turned on or off. All text should remain editable whenever possible. Designer Qualifications Please apply only if you have experience with: Apparel graphics T-shirt design Screen-print production artwork Vintage or retro typography Logo recreation Adobe Illustrator Please include examples of apparel graphics or logos you have personally created. Important Notes This is not a logo tracing project. We expect the artwork to be professionally rebuilt using proper vector techniques.
