Summary

Overview We are a boutique travel company working with U.S. and international partners and are seeking an experienced, U.S.–based Appointment Setter to support our business development efforts. This role is not entry-level. We are looking for a professional who has proven experience in outbound calling and appointment setting with U.S. decision-makers, speaks native or near-native American English, and can confidently represent a premium travel brand. Key Responsibilities Make outbound B2B calls to potential partners and prospects within the U.S. Speak confidently with owners, managers, and senior decision-makers Follow structured call frameworks while adapting naturally to live conversations Qualify leads and book high-quality appointments Manage calendar scheduling and confirmations Maintain accurate CRM notes and call records Provide concise activity and performance updates Required Experience & Location Must be currently based in the United States Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or Sales Support professional Native American English (clear, professional phone presence) Strong objection-handling and conversational skills Experience working with CRMs, scripts, and scheduling tools Reliable internet and professional calling environment Availability during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred) Nice to Have B2B outreach experience Background in travel, hospitality, or professional services Experience booking calls for senior sales or management teams Availability Part-time or full-time (please specify) Ability to start in January How to Apply Please include all of the following in your proposal: A brief summary of your appointment-setting or outbound calling experience Your availability (hours per week + time zone) Your expected hourly rate A short voice recording (30–60 seconds) introducing yourself and summarizing your experience ⚠️ Applications without a voice recording or U.S. location confirmation will not be considered.
