Experienced Appointment Setter Needed (High Volume, Possible Long-Term Opportunity)

Overview: Job Description: We are looking for an experienced appointment setter to join our growing team. You must have proven experience in cold outreach and appointment setting. This is not a beginner position. We need someone who can consistently generate meetings and handle a high daily workload. Requirements: - Proven experience as an appointment setter - Excellent written English - Excellent verbal fluency in English - Comfortable with high-volume outreach every day - Self-motivated and reliable - Able to work independently and deliver results - Experience with Instagram and cold messaging is required - Experience with cold outreach and appointment setting in the fitness, health, and wellness coaching industries are required - Experience with LinkedIn, and email outreach are optional but preferred What You'll Do: - Reach out to potential clients. - Initiate authentic, human-connected conversations and appropriately qualify leads. - Book meetings directly into our calendar for further conversation. - Maintain a high level of daily activity. We're Looking For Someone Who: - Can expertly communicate with intended client prospects as directed (Communication with client prospects outside of direction will be considered unacceptable) - Can commit to long-term work if they perform suitably in the role. - Is responsive and communicates clearly and promptly. - Is focused on results rather than excuses. - Can seamlessly and without confusion between different job roles, handle a large number of conversations daily.
