Experienced Automotive PCB Layout Designer for ESP32 + High-Power Control Board

I need a skilled PCB layout engineer to create a professional, production-ready 4–6 layer PCB for a custom automotive control module based on a completed schematic (EasyEDA). The board features: -ESP32-WROOM-32E microcontroller with Bluetooth & WiFi -High-current motor/pump drivers (up to ~40–45A bidirectional) -Multiple smart high-side drivers for solenoids/valves -Multiple 16-bit ADCs for sensor inputs -GPIO expanders -Dual CAN + Single-Wire CAN transceivers -Robust automotive power input protection and filtering Scope of Work: -Review schematic for layout optimization -Component placement (thermal, noise separation, mechanical fit) -High-current routing and proper power/ground planes -Signal integrity for digital buses (I²C, SPI, CAN) -Automotive best practices (EMC, vibration, temperature) -Full DRC/ERC, Gerber/drill files, assembly drawings, and BOM for JLCPCB Requirements: Proven experience with automotive or vehicle-related PCB designs Strong background in high-current layouts (H-bridges / power MOSFETs) Experience with ESP32, CAN bus, and mixed-signal designs Excellent grounding and power distribution techniques Familiarity with 4+ layer boards and JLCPCB fabrication Ability to work with a schematic produced in EasyEDA Nice-to-Have: Previous ECU or vehicle control module experience Thermal management and EMI/EMC considerations Please include in your proposal: Relevant portfolio examples of automotive / high-power / ESP32 projects Your estimated timeline Any questions I’m looking for a clean, reliable, production-quality layout from an experienced freelancer.
