Experienced B2B Appointment Setter/Cold Caller (Staffing & Healthcare Sector)

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, clear-speaking B2B Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to reach out to executive decision-makers (CEOs, Owners, HR Directors) at healthcare and temporary staffing agencies across the US. Your primary goal is to introduce a proven, zero-net-cost employee benefit solution that generates significant tax savings for both employers and employees, and schedule brief 25-minute introductory Zoom calls with our team. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted B2B contact lists (provided). Engage gatekeepers and pitch decision-makers using provided scripts and talking points. Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls/demos directly on our calendar. Log call notes and outcomes directly in our CRM. Requirements: Neutral/Native English accent with strong, professional verbal communication skills. Proven track record in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting. Familiarity with sales CRMs and call logging. Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet home office environment. Self-motivated, comfortable handling objections, and consistent with daily dials. Hours & Compensation: Part-time (6–10 hours/week, focused primarily on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 1:15PM-4:15PM local time across Eastern to Pacific time zones). Hourly rate plus potential performance bonuses per completed scheduled meeting.
