I'm the founder of a growing recruiting and executive search firm, and I'm looking for an experienced sales professional to help scale the business. Up until now, I've handled all of the sales myself. I'm currently generating 8–10 qualified sales appointments per week, and I'm looking for someone who excels at closing deals so I can focus more of my time on business development and client delivery. What I'm Looking For Proven experience closing B2B service sales Strong discovery, consultative selling, and objection handling skills Comfortable leading Zoom and phone sales meetings Ability to manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and close business Excellent English communication skills Bonus Skills While my primary need is a closer, it would be a significant advantage if you can also help with: LinkedIn outreach Cold email campaigns Cold calling Appointment setting CRM management and pipeline organization About My Business We specialize in recruiting accounting, finance, HR, operations, and executive-level talent for companies across the United States. Typical engagement size ranges from $15,000–$20,000, with many clients becoming repeat customers.
