🌟 Experienced Bilingual Medical Biller (Spanish/English) – Pediatric Practice | Long-Term We are Children Of Joy Pediatrics, a patient-centered pediatric practice, and we’re looking for an experienced Bilingual Medical Biller who can confidently manage billing processes with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking someone who has hands-on experience working with U.S. medical billing and can independently handle claims, follow-ups, and denials. 🩺 Responsibilities: • Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims • Manage and resolve denied or rejected claims • Verify and check patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to visits • Ensure accuracy of insurance information to prevent billing issues • Handle billing inquiries from patients and insurance companies • Maintain accurate and organized billing records • Generate billing and collections reports • Communicate clearly with English- and Spanish-speaking patients ✅ Required Experience (Must Have): • Minimum 1+ years of U.S. medical billing experience • Strong understanding of claims lifecycle (submission → payment → denial resolution) • Experience working with insurance follow-ups and AR (Accounts Receivable) • Familiarity with EMR/EHR and billing systems • Fluent in Spanish and English • Ability to work independently and efficiently 💙 What We Offer: • Supportive and respectful team environment • Consistent part-time schedule • Long-term opportunity with potential for growth • Meaningful work helping families navigate care 💻 Job Details: • Remote (Latin America preferred) • Part-time • Contract-to-hire • $8.00 – $8.50/hour (based on experience and location) 📩 To Apply (Required): Please answer the following: 1.
