Experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant Needed – Dubai FZCO + US LLC Structure

We are looking for an experienced accountant/bookkeeper who has hands-on experience with Dubai companies and US LLC structures, specifically where a Dubai operating company is combined with a US LLC used for payment processing and sales operations. About Our Structure We currently operate through a Dubai-based company (FZCO) and are in the process of setting up a US LLC. The primary reason for creating the US LLC is to use a US Stripe account and US banking infrastructure. Our customers pay predominantly in USD, and we want to eliminate unnecessary currency conversion and payout costs by moving from a USD → AED → USD flow to a USD → USD → USD flow. The intended structure is: - Dubai company remains the main operating business and IP holder. - US LLC acts as the payment/sales entity. - Customer payments are received through US Stripe into a US bank account. - Funds are transferred to the Dubai company through an appropriate intercompany structure. - The structure must remain compliant and properly documented. What We Need We are looking for someone who: - Has proven experience with US LLC bookkeeping and accounting. - Has experience working with Dubai companies (FZCO, Free Zone entities, holding structures, etc.). - Understands intercompany transactions between a US LLC and a Dubai company. - Understands Stripe, payment processing, online businesses, digital products, coaching businesses, memberships and recurring revenue models. - Can advise on the bookkeeping setup from the start so everything is structured correctly. - Can help determine the best accounting workflow. - Can work alongside our tax advisor and other professionals if needed. - Can support ongoing monthly bookkeeping after the setup phase. Important We are moving quickly and need someone available as soon as possible. I will be heavily involved in the day-to-day administration and bookkeeping support, so I am looking for someone who is comfortable working closely with me during the initial setup phase. I am new to the US LLC side of things and would appreciate someone who is patient, efficient, communicative and willing to explain the structure, processes and bookkeeping requirements clearly.
