Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Remote Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist to join our international team at Assetara, an AI-powered fintech company focused on cryptocurrency, digital assets, and smart investing. Responsibilities 1. Source potential leads from platforms such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and crypto/finance communities. 2. Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients (approximately 50 calls/day for part-time or 80–120 calls/day for full-time). 3. Introduce our products, qualify prospects, handle basic objections, and encourage registrations or booked meetings. 4. Record all interactions accurately in our CRM (Zoho CRM preferred). 5. Send personalized registration links to qualified prospects via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms. 6. Consistently meet monthly performance targets. Requirements 1. At least 3 months of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales. 2. Excellent spoken and written English with a confident phone presence. 3. Experience generating leads from online platforms and social media. 4. Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM is a plus). Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and a quiet workspace. 5. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. 6. Experience in crypto, fintech, forex, or financial services is a strong advantage.
