KeroLaunch is hiring experienced B2B cold callers to help us promote our Client Scouting Report to business owners. KeroLaunch helps B2B businesses build client acquisition systems using psychology, lead intelligence, outreach, and automation. Your job is to: Call business owners Follow our script Introduce the Client Scouting Report Ask a few fit questions + fill in a form Help interested prospects take the next step Pay This role includes base pay plus commission. You can earn through: $300 USD monthly base pay $25 USD per Client Scouting Report sale $15 USD per qualified meeting booked Additional bonuses when your calls help lead to larger closed deals Top performers can earn up to $4,000 per month with consistent activity and strong results. Commission payouts are weekly. Base pay is monthly Daily Requirements You must be able to: Have experience cold calling to the US, UK, Australia, and Canadian markets Complete 120 dials per day Track every call inside of our custom Airtable CRM Attend 30-minute morning meetings for updates, training, and feedback Communicate quickly if something stops you from making calls Use a clear mic, stable internet, and a quiet place to work Training Provided We provide: Call scripts Lead lists Airtable CRM Kixie dialer Objection guides Cold calling survival guide Google Classroom training course Short morning training meetings You must complete our training course before working with us. This Role Is For You If This role is a good fit if you: Have cold calling or appointment setting experience Can handle rejection without getting discouraged Can make a high number of calls every day Can follow a script without sounding robotic Communicate fast when you are stuck Are comfortable using tools like Airtable, Slack, and a dialer Want a long term role where performance can lead to more earning opportunities.
