The Role: We are looking for an experienced B2B cold caller to join our team on an outbound sales campaign targeting UK businesses. Your one and only goal is to book discovery calls. You will not be closing deals - just starting conversations, generating interest and securing a fixed date and time for a call with our founder. What You'll Be Doing: Making outbound cold calls to UK businesses from a lead list we provide Following a script we provide (with freedom to adapt naturally) Identifying decision makers and pitching our custom AI solutions Following up with warm leads and callback requests Booking discovery calls directly into our Calendly calendar Updating a shared spreadsheet with detailed call outcomes after every call Targeting a minimum of 50-80 calls per day What We're Looking For: Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting Confident, clear and professional phone manner Comfortable selling tech or digital services (AI, software, marketing) Experience calling UK businesses preferred Self motivated, organised and able to work independently Strong attention to detail when logging call outcomes Reliable with consistent daily output and communication How We Work: We're a small, fast moving team and we value clear communication above everything. You'll have access to a lead list, a script, a Calendly booking link and a shared spreadsheet for reporting. We expect daily updates on call volume and outcomes. We communicate via WhatsApp and keep things simple and efficient. Compensation: We are open to discussing rates based on your experience and location. Rather than fixing a rate upfront we'd prefer to hear what works for you and find something that's fair for both sides. We will start with a paid two week trial period - if performance is strong and discovery calls are being booked consistently, we are looking to bring the right person on as a long term ongoing member of the team with potential to grow with the agency.
