Experienced Cold Callers for Real Estate

I am a real estate agent seeking experienced cold callers to generate leads and strengthen my sales pipeline. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in real estate and be confident, professional communicators over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to FSBO (For Sale By Owner), expired listings, and off-market property owners Build rapport with potential sellers and identify opportunities Set qualified appointments to discuss listing properties on the market Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation (real estate experience preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle objections and stay motivated Results-driven mindset with a track record of setting appointments Position Details: Part-time: 20 hours per week (approximately 5 hours per day) Competitive hourly pay Commission bonus for any deals closed as a result of your efforts If you have a proven track record in cold calling and are confident in your ability to generate and convert leads, I would love to hear from you.
