Experienced IT Consultant (HIPAA & Microsoft 365) We are looking for an experienced IT Consultant with expertise in Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and HIPAA compliance. You will assess, implement, and maintain secure IT environments while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards. Requirements: 5+ years of IT consulting or systems administration experience Experience with HIPAA compliance in a healthcare environment Microsoft 365 certification preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune Experience with cybersecurity, firewalls, MFA, networking, Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud technologies Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Preferred: Microsoft certifications (Enterprise Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar) Experience with Azure, compliance audits, and disaster recovery If you have the required experience and certifications, we'd love to hear from you.
