Experienced Dutch Video Editor for Skincare Brand

We are a fast-growing skincare brand in the healthy aging beauty space. We are looking for a skilled Dutch-speaking video editor who can help us create strong, clear and high-converting ads for Meta, TikTok and other paid social channels. We are looking for someone with a good sense of pacing, storytelling, UGC, hooks and paid social creatives. You don’t need to be the main strategist, but you should be able to think along and understand what makes an ad stronger. What You’ll Be Doing • Editing UGC videos, B-roll and product footage into paid social ads • Adding Dutch captions and making sure they are timed perfectly with the voice-over • Making the first few seconds of each video visually stronger • Creating multiple variations of existing ads for testing • Combining footage with product shots, screenshots, reviews and other visuals • Creating videos for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels and other paid social channels • Thinking along on pacing, text, structure and visual hooks • Working based on clear briefings from our marketing team Requirements • Fluent Dutch speaker • Experience editing social media ads • Strong understanding of UGC-style ads • Fast and clean editing skills • Good sense of timing, captions, hooks and storytelling • Ability to create multiple variations from one concept • Structured way of working and ability to handle feedback well • Available for a long-term collaboration Bonus Points • Experience with ecommerce brands • Experience with beauty, skincare or health brands • Experience with Meta or TikTok ads • Experience with AI tools for video editing or creative production • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools • Experience creating ads from UGC content To Apply Please send: • A short introduction about yourself • Examples of video ads or social edits you have created • Your experience with UGC, ecommerce or paid social content • The tools you use for editing • Your availability • Your preferred hourly rate or monthly retainer We are looking for someone who can grow with us long term and help us create better and better ads.
