Experienced English-Spanish Customer Support Agents for a Fintech Company (US hours)

We are seeking for experienced bilingual Customer Support Agents who are proficient in phone support, email, chat, and retention; fluent in both English and Spanish. Ideal candidates should have INTEGRITY. Excellent customer service, retention, and communication skills in both languages; along with the ability to efficiently manage operational tasks. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, and Slack is a plus; and fintech experience is highly preferred. This opportunity may evolve into a long-term project, potentially requiring 50–60 hours per week, starting with an initial commitment of 40 hours per week.
