Summary

We are looking for a recruitment partner to organize and manage 10–20 interviews with professionals from logistics companies in India, Turkey, South Korea, Vietnam, and the UAE. The role includes sourcing qualified candidates, screening them, scheduling interviews, sending reminders, and replacing no-shows when needed. Ideal participants should work in freight forwarding, international logistics, or customs brokerage and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. The interviews are 60-minute one-on-one product discovery calls conducted by the FindRates team. For every completed interview you organize, you can get paid $100 or more.
