U.S. Immigration Attorney (Remote) – Motions, Legal Consultations & Case Review We are a fast-growing immigration law firm based in Georgia that is passionate about helping immigrants and their families navigate complex legal matters. Our practice focuses primarily on removal defense and Bond Motions, while also handling family-based immigration matters. We are looking for an experienced U.S. Immigration Attorney who can support our legal team on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff. Position is for full time Attorney but we are also open to part-time or flexible work schedule. ⸻ 📌 Responsibilities EOIR Litigation * Draft Motions to Reopen * Draft Motions to Reconsider * Motions to Terminate Proceedings * Motions for Administrative Closure * Motions to Withdraw Counsel * Motions to Continue * Other litigation-related filings before the Immigration Court and BIA USCIS Matters * Review applications and supporting evidence before filing * Review legal packets for quality control * Identify legal issues and missing documentation * Ensure filings are complete and legally sound Legal Research & Writing * Draft and review legal briefs * Conduct legal research * Prepare attorney memoranda * Analyze complex immigration issues * Review citations and legal arguments Client Consultations * Conduct legal consultations with prospective clients * Evaluate immigration relief options * Explain legal strategy in plain language * Answer complex immigration questions * Prepare consultation summaries and recommendations Case Review * Review completed forms before submission * Review evidence packets * Identify inconsistencies or missing evidence * Provide recommendations to strengthen cases ⸻ ✅ Qualifications * Active U.S. Bar License in good standing * Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience * Strong knowledge of EOIR procedures * Strong knowledge of USCIS filings * Experience drafting immigration motions and briefs * Excellent legal writing skills * Ability to work independently * Excellent attention to detail * Strong English and Spanish communication skills Preferred: * Spanish speaking (not required) * Experience with Docketwise, Clio, Adobe, & Ringcentral * Experience handling removal defense * Experience with family-based immigration * Experience with humanitarian relief ⸻ Thank you for your interest!
