US Immigration Attorney Required for L-1 Visa Petition

We are seeking an experienced US immigration attorney to assist with the preparation and filing of an L-1 visa petition for one of our corporate clients. The client has an existing overseas business and intends to transfer a qualifying employee to its US entity. The engagement will involve reviewing the corporate and employee eligibility, advising on the most appropriate L-1 classification, preparing the petition package, and managing the filing process with USCIS. Scope of Work Review the ownership and qualifying relationship between the foreign and US entities Assess the employee’s eligibility for L-1A or L-1B classification Advise on documentation and evidentiary requirements Prepare and review the complete Form I-129 petition package Draft the supporting legal letter and company documentation Assist with new-office L-1 requirements, if applicable Coordinate responses to any USCIS Request for Evidence, if issued Provide guidance for the subsequent consular interview and visa stamping process Advise on premium processing and anticipated timelines Preferred Qualifications Licensed US attorney in good standing Demonstrable experience handling L-1A and L-1B petitions Experience with foreign-owned US companies and new-office L-1 petitions Strong understanding of multinational corporate structures Ability to provide clear documentation checklists and practical guidance Responsive communication and transparent fee structure Please include the following in your proposal: Relevant L-1 petition experience Number and type of L-1 matters handled Whether you have experience with new-office petitions Your professional fee for the complete engagement Scope of services included in the fee Additional fee, if any, for responding to an RFE Estimated preparation timeline after receiving all required documents Confirmation of your current US bar membership
