Experienced U.S. Immigration Paralegal (EB-1, O-1, E-2 & EB-2 NIW)

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized U.S. Immigration Paralegal to support our growing practice on employment-based immigration matters. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who has extensive experience preparing high-quality USCIS petitions and can work independently with minimal supervision. Required Experience You must have proven experience handling: EB-1A Extraordinary Ability O-1 Extraordinary Ability E-2 Treaty Investor EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) Please do not apply if you have only worked on family-based immigration or general immigration matters. Responsibilities Prepare complete USCIS petition packages from start to finish. Draft legal support letters and petition cover letters. Organize and index exhibits and evidence. Prepare USCIS forms accurately. Draft recommendation letter templates. Review client documents and identify missing evidence. Assist in responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), when applicable. Communicate professionally with our team regarding case progress. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a U.S. Immigration Paralegal. Strong experience with EB-1A, O-1, E-2, and EB-2 NIW petitions. Excellent legal writing and English communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Nice to Have Experience using Docketwise, INSZoom, MyCase, Clio, or similar immigration case management software. Experience preparing high-profile or complex extraordinary ability petitions.
