Summary

We’re a lead generation agency that helps electrical contractors across Canada book high-ticket jobs. We run full-funnel client acquisition systems: Meta ads, VSLs, application pages, booking flows, and automated follow-up, all built on GoHighLevel. We’re scaling and need a skilled fulfillment partner who can get real results for our clients with minimal oversight. This is not a “boost the post” gig. Our clients pay for booked jobs, not impressions. What You’ll Do • Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns (campaign and creative strategy and testing, CPL and ROAS monitoring, conversion event optimization) • Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, automations, and SMS/email sequences • Pull performance data and create clean weekly/biweekly client reports • Diagnose underperformance and proactively fix it before it becomes a problem • Potentially handle direct client communication under our brand (with our oversight) as we grow, this is a bonus, not a requirement You Must Have • Proven experience in local lead generation with case studies to back it up • A solid understanding of media buying and how to run profitable Meta campaigns focused on lead quality, not just volume • Real, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, pipelines, automations, sub-accounts) • Strong written communication • The ability to work independently and figure things out without hand-holding Bonus Points • Experience in trades, contractor, or local service niches • Familiarity with Meta’s ad policies • Funnel-building experience (VSL, application, booking logic) How to Apply 1.
