Options Trading Analyst – Track Trades, P/L, Rolls & Weekly Reports (Schwab Data) Description: I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented options trading analyst to help me manage and track my trades on an ongoing basis. This includes reviewing my daily Schwab trade emails, logging activity, tracking wins/losses, documenting rolls, and producing simple weekly insights. This is not a generic VA role. I need someone who already understands options trading, including: Covered Calls, Cash-Secured Puts, Vertical Spreads. LEAPS, Rolls (up/down/out), Assignments & Exercises, Greeks (Delta, Theta), IV basics, Trade journals / P&L tracking If you do not understand these concepts, please do not apply. Scope of Work: Daily (or every trade day): Review the auto-forwarded Schwab trade confirmations Enter each trade into a structured Google Sheet (I’ll provide format) Confirm correct classification (STO, BTC, BTO, STC, assignment, exercise, roll, etc.) Weekly: Produce a clean summary: total premium collected realized gains/losses unrealized P/L which positions should be watched (e.g., close to strike, high delta, low extrinsic value) alerts on trades that need attention Monthly (optional): Full P/L reconciliation and insights Required Skills: Only apply if you confidently meet these: Advanced understanding of options trading Experience tracking trades for traders (proof required) Strong knowledge of Schwab trade confirmations OR experience parsing brokerage emails Ability to organize data clearly in Google Sheets Must understand how to detect rolls, assignment risk, pin risk, greeks, etc. Nice to Have (but not required): Experience with Thinkorswim, IBKR, or Schwab Option Chains Experience building dashboards Understanding of wheel strategy, delta-based entries, RSI signals To Apply, You MUST answer these questions: (Anyone who skips these is declined automatically.) Explain in your own words what a roll up and out is. If a covered call has a delta of 0.32 and 7 days to expiration, what does that tell you? Show an example (from past work) of a trade log you’ve maintained for another trader. What broker/export formats have you worked with? Are you comfortable reviewing daily trade emails and updating a sheet within 12–24 hours? Workload & Compensation: 2–5 hours per week Long-term role Paid weekly or monthly Bonus potential for building automation or dashboards Ideal Candidate: Someone who already trades options, understands the terminology deeply, and enjoys organizing clean data. I don’t want someone learning on the job.
