Summary

We are looking for an Experienced QuickBooks Online Cleanup Specialist to clean up and organize our QuickBooks Online (QBO) account for a U.S. small business. Responsibilities: *QuickBooks Online Cleanup & Catch-Up Bookkeeping Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation. *Fix reconciliation discrepancies and beginning balance issues. *Correct duplicate, missing, and uncategorized transactions. *Record journal entries and ensure accurate financial reports. *Review the Chart of Accounts, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet. Requirements: -Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bookkeeping, Cleanup, Catch-Up Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Card Reconciliation, Journal Entries, and Financial Reporting. -Experience with U.S. small business accounting. -QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification is a plus. Please include your relevant QuickBooks experience, similar cleanup projects, availability, and estimated turnaround time in your proposal.
