Experienced Real Estate Cold Caller Needed — Florida Home Sellers

We are looking for an experienced real estate cold caller to join our team and call potential home sellers in the Florida area. The main goal is to contact homeowners who may be interested in selling their property and identify motivated seller leads. This is not a general cold calling position. We are specifically looking for someone with previous experience making cold calls in the real estate industry, preferably calling homeowners, motivated sellers, FSBOs, expired listings, absentee owners, or similar real estate lead lists. Responsibilities: Call home sellers in Florida using our provided lead lists Speak with homeowners to determine if they are interested in selling Gather important property and seller information Qualify motivated seller leads Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to our acquisitions team Maintain accurate notes and follow-up details in our CRM Communicate daily with the team regarding call results and lead quality Requirements: Previous experience with real estate cold calling is required Strong English communication skills Good American accent preferred Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required Must be confident, professional, and persistent on the phone Must be comfortable handling objections Must have reliable internet, computer, and headset Must be organized and able to accurately update lead notes Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time 1-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time Compensation: This position pays a competitive hourly rate plus commission for successful leads/deals.
