What You’ll Be Doing: Making 500–1000 outbound calls per day using our dialer system Speaking with property owners to identify potential selling opportunities Handling inbound calls and live transfers from marketing sources Following proven scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone Accurately tagging and updating leads in our CRM Sending qualified live transfers to our Lead Intake team Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound dialing or cold calling (real estate preferred) Proven ability to handle high call volume (500+ calls/day) Experience handling inbound calls and live transfers is a strong plus.
