Experienced Real Estate Lead Generator Needed for Off-Market Property Deals

I am a real estate investor and wholesaler looking to hire an experienced lead generator to help me find potential property deals every day. Your main job will be to search for motivated seller leads and wholesale/investor deals from multiple sources, including: Facebook Groups Facebook Marketplace InvestorLift Zillow Craigslist Emails from other investors and wholesalers Other online sources where real estate deals may be posted I am currently active in about 35 different Facebook groups, and I need someone who can consistently check these groups, Facebook Marketplace, and other platforms to find good real estate opportunities. This position does not require phone calls, but being able to communicate in good English is very helpful. Phone communication is a plus but not mandatory. Responsibilities: Search daily for real estate deals and motivated seller leads Review Facebook groups, Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, InvestorLift, and emails Identify properties that may be good investment or wholesale opportunities Organize leads clearly with property details, seller/contact info, price, location, and source Send me the best leads every day Help filter out bad or unrealistic deals Communicate clearly and consistently Requirements: Experience with real estate lead generation Experience finding wholesale or investment property deals Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, Zillow, Craigslist, and similar platforms Good written English communication Organized and detail-oriented Able to work consistently every day Experience with U.S. real estate is preferred Preferred but Not Required: Ability to speak English and communicate by phone Experience working with real estate investors or wholesalers Experience using InvestorLift Experience managing leads in Google Sheets, CRM, or similar tools What I’m Looking For: I need someone reliable who already understands what a good real estate deal looks like. I do not want someone who simply sends random properties. I need someone who can help find real opportunities that may work for fix and flip, rental, or wholesale deals.
