We are a growing IT services company looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder who can generate international clients for our company. Our Services Website Development Web Application Development Mobile App Development (Android & iOS) AI & Machine Learning Solutions Data Analytics & Power BI QA & Software Testing UI/UX Design SaaS Product Development EdTech Solutions Healthcare Software CRM & ERP Development API Integration Cloud Solutions Responsibilities Find international clients. Generate qualified leads. Bid on Upwork projects. Send proposals and communicate with potential clients. Schedule meetings. Understand client requirements. Close deals. Build long-term client relationships. Requirements Proven experience in IT service sales. Experience winning projects on Upwork. Excellent English communication skills. Strong proposal writing skills. Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing is a plus. Ability to work independently. Payment We are open to the following models: Commission per closed project Fixed + Commission Hourly (depending on experience) Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has successfully generated international clients for software development companies.
