Shopify & Multi-Channel Ecommerce Manager (eBay, Poshmark, TikTok Shop, Meta, Vendoo) About Us We are The Frugal Teacher, a growing ecommerce business selling brand-name apparel, shoes, toys, collectibles, golf products, and other merchandise through multiple sales channels. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager who understands Shopify and can manage inventory across multiple platforms while helping us scale our business. This is a long-term position for someone who takes ownership and treats the business as if it were their own. Platforms We Use • Shopify • eBay • Poshmark • TikTok Shop • Facebook Shop • Instagram Shop • Whatnot (live selling) • Vendoo (cross-listing software) Responsibilities Product Management • Create and optimize product listings • Write titles and descriptions • Organize collections and categories • Add tags and attributes • Upload and edit photos Inventory Management • Maintain accurate inventory across all channels • Ensure sold items are removed from other marketplaces • Manage stock levels • Prevent overselling Cross-Listing • Use Vendoo to cross-list products • Manage eBay and Poshmark listings • Sync Shopify products • Maintain listing quality across all platforms Shopify Store Management • Organize collections • Create product bundles • Improve navigation • Manage promotions and discounts • Optimize product pages TikTok Shop • Upload products • Manage affiliates • Monitor orders and inventory • Assist with live-selling campaigns Facebook & Instagram Shops • Maintain Meta Commerce integration • Ensure products are syncing properly • Troubleshoot catalog issues SEO & Optimization • Optimize titles and descriptions • Improve product keywords • Increase visibility and conversions Reporting Provide weekly reports showing: • Listings created • Inventory updates • Sales by platform • Recommendations for improvement Requirements Must Have Experience With: • Shopify • eBay • Poshmark • Vendoo • TikTok Shop • Meta Commerce Manager • Inventory management • Product SEO • Strong written English Preferred Experience: • Whatnot • Golf brands • Apparel and footwear • Toys and collectibles • Shopify apps and integrations To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
