Experienced AI Video Editor (Full-Time) – Long-Term Position We are looking for an experienced AI Video Editor to join our team full-time for a long-term collaboration. We create high-converting video advertisements for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and we're looking for someone who can consistently deliver premium-quality content that is 100% ready for launch with minimal revisions. Your Responsibilities Every week, our Content Strategist will provide fully prepared content batches with completed scripts. Your job will be to: Generate natural, high-quality voiceovers using ElevenLabs Create realistic, high-quality AI Avatars Produce cinematic AI B-rolls Combine AI-generated content with our existing raw footage Edit engaging marketing videos that are optimized for paid advertising Translate every batch into 3 or 5 languages, depending on the brand (primarily Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish, but occasionally other languages) One of the most important parts of this role is voice quality and synchronization. Lip sync, pacing, pronunciation, timing, and overall realism must feel completely natural in every language. What Is One Batch? Each batch consists of approximately: 5–6 videos (30–60 seconds each) 3 advertising images Translation into 3 or 5 languages, depending on the brand Expected Workload Our editors typically deliver 3 batches per week, and we're looking for someone who can maintain the same workload as a full-time team member. What We're Looking For We are not looking for junior editors. We're looking for someone who: Has extensive experience with AI video production Can create high-quality AI Avatars that look realistic Can generate premium-quality AI B-rolls Is highly experienced with ElevenLabs and knows how to produce natural voices in Scandinavian languages Has exceptional editing, storytelling, and voice synchronization skills Works independently without requiring constant feedback Can consistently deliver polished, launch-ready videos with very few revisions This is a fast-paced role with a high volume of content, so reliability, speed, and attention to detail are essential. Compensation We are flexible with the payment structure and can pay either per batch or on a monthly basis, depending on what we agree on and what works best for both sides.
