We are a fast-growing health & wellness e-commerce company looking for a highly experienced Amazon expert to fully manage and oversee our Amazon Seller Central operations. This is NOT a beginner role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Amazon business itself — including operations, PPC oversight, inventory management, account health, catalog issues, troubleshooting, reporting, and growth support. The ideal candidate can independently manage daily Amazon operations, identify issues before they become serious, and help maintain stable and profitable account performance. 🚨 IMPORTANT This role combines responsibilities across: Amazon Operations PPC & Advertising Oversight FBA & Inventory Management Account Health Monitoring Listing & Catalog Troubleshooting Financial & Operational Monitoring Reporting & Recommendations Operational Problem-Solving We are looking for someone capable of handling Amazon operations at a high level with minimal supervision. 🎯 What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: No missed critical Amazon issues PPC campaigns are actively monitored and optimized Advertising spend remains controlled and profitable Inventory is managed proactively No unnecessary stockouts or excessive storage fees Listing and catalog issues are resolved quickly Account health remains stable Operational issues are escalated immediately Reports are proactive, accurate, and actionable Amazon operations run smoothly and efficiently daily 🧩 Core Responsibilities ✔️ Amazon Seller Central Management Monitor overall account performance daily Manage operational issues proactively Monitor account notifications, warnings, and risks Ensure smooth day-to-day Amazon operations ✔️ Amazon Advertising, Performance & Growth Management Monitor Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns daily Track ad spend, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and keyword performance Identify wasted spend, weak-performing campaigns, and unusual performance drops Monitor budget pacing and campaign delivery Recommend bid adjustments, keyword improvements, and campaign optimizations Identify opportunities to improve profitability, ranking, and sales performance Monitor how advertising impacts overall account performance and inventory movement Help identify products that should be scaled, optimized, paused, or restructured Coordinate with management regarding growth opportunities and advertising concerns Report PPC risks, findings, and recommendations proactively ✔️ FBA & Inventory Management Monitor FBA shipment status and discrepancies Investigate delayed or missing inventory Track inventory health and aging stock Help prevent stockouts and excessive storage fees Monitor stranded inventory and replenishment risks Coordinate inventory-related issue resolution ✔️ Listing & Catalog Management Monitor suppressed listings and catalog issues Investigate stranded listings, variation issues, and listing errors Coordinate fixes for listing problems Identify compliance or content-related risks Monitor listing quality and operational health ✔️ Customer & Account Health Monitor customer complaints, refunds, and return trends Identify operational or product patterns causing issues Monitor account health metrics and policy risks Escalate urgent account-related concerns immediately ✔️ Financial & Operational Monitoring Monitor unexpected Amazon fees and reimbursement issues Investigate operational discrepancies and losses Review return-related and fulfillment-related issues Help identify operational inefficiencies and risks ✔️ Problem Solving & Escalation Handle operational problems proactively Escalate urgent issues immediately Recommend preventive actions and solutions Take ownership of issue investigation and resolution ✔️ Reporting & Recommendations Provide: Daily monitoring updates Weekly operational summaries PPC performance summaries Inventory and shipment updates Financial discrepancy reports Operational findings and recommendations 📅 Daily Expectations Daily monitoring is mandatory.
