We are a growing e-commerce company selling on Amazon and scaling aggressively. We are looking for a high-level Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage and monitor our daily operations. 🧩 Role Overview We’re looking for an EXPERT Amazon VA with a proven track record in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. This is NOT a beginner role. We need someone who can: 👉 Independently manage tasks 👉 Identify problems early and solve them 👉 Ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable Amazon operations 🎯 SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE Success in this role looks like: Minimal to zero trapped or unresolved orders Issues are identified and reported proactively PPC spend is controlled and optimized No stockouts or excess storage fees No missed critical account issues Consistent and accurate reporting Stable or improving account performance 👉 You are responsible for outcomes, not just tasks. 📅 DAILY EXPECTATIONS Monitor the account daily without fail Check: Orders, Messages, FBA, PPC, Inventory Report issues within the same day Provide updates even if no issues are found 👉 No silent work. No assumptions. ⏱️ COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS Report all important issues immediately (same day) Response time: within 1–3 hours during working hours Clear and proactive communication at all times 🧩 WHAT YOU’LL DO ✔️ Account & Order Monitoring ⦿ Resolve trapped/stuck orders ⦿ Monitor suppressed listings and account issues ✔️ Customer & Account Health ⦿ Review customer interactions ⦿ Identify patterns in returns and complaints ✔️ FBA & Logistics ⦿ Track shipments and deliveries ⦿ Report missing or delayed inventory ✔️ Amazon Communication ⦿ Monitor cases, chats, and notifications ⦿ Investigate listing issues and return rates ✔️ PPC Monitoring ⦿ Track ad spend and performance ⦿ Ensure campaigns stay within budget ✔️ Inventory & Pricing ⦿ Monitor inventory and aging stock ⦿ Suggest pricing adjustments to avoid storage fees ✔️ Financial Tracking ⦿ Monitor returns, ad spend, and fees ⦿ Report discrepancies ✔️ Reporting ⦿ Provide daily/weekly reports: Issues found Actions taken Recommendations 🛠️ TOOLS & SYSTEMS Amazon Seller Central Upwork Time Tracker (required) Google Sheets / reporting tools Slack or similar communication tools 🧠 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Have Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts Strong knowledge of: FBA operations PPC campaigns Account health & compliance Strong problem-solving ability High attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and organized 🚨 CRITICAL FILTER QUESTION (MUST ANSWER) 👉 Describe a recent Amazon issue you handled (trapped order, FBA issue, PPC problem, etc.) and explain step-by-step what you did. 📦 DELIVERABLES Daily monitoring reports Issue tracking updates PPC summaries Inventory updates Financial discrepancy reports 🧪 HIRING PROCESS Shortlisted candidates may receive a paid test task to evaluate real-world execution. 💰 WORK SETUP Hourly role Upwork Time Tracker required (no manual tracking) ⚠️ IMPORTANT This role is not for beginners Reliability is non-negotiable Missing issues or delays is not acceptable 📩 APPLICATION QUESTIONS (REQUIRED) Experience 1.
