Expert Claude Developer & AI Automation Specialist (Claude Code, Agents, Operations)

About the Role: We are a strategic operations agency looking to hire two project-based AI experts to help us build and implement agentic operating systems for our clients. Our clients (ranging from creative studios to growing agencies) aren't looking for "shiny object" AI. They need thoughtful infrastructure, workflow mapping, and practical use cases that allow their teams to scale efficiently. We need someone who understands how to bridge the gap between high-level business operations and technical AI implementation. What We Need Support With: You will be helping us map out and build agentic workflows across sales, ops, admin, and project management. Specifically, we are looking for deep expertise in: Claude Ecosystem: Claude Code, Claude Projects, and Claude connectors. Agentic Workflows: Building and deploying AI agents and workflow automation. Operations & Process Mapping: Understanding business systems and mapping out efficient internal processes. Internal Tool Building: Developing practical, user-friendly tools for team execution. Documentation: Creating clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and documentation for the workflows you build. Who You Are: You are highly proficient with Claude Code and building AI agents. You focus on business use cases, not just random coding. You understand how to map a workflow before you build the automation. You communicate clearly and can help translate complex technical infrastructure into digestible frameworks for our clients. You are highly organized and diligent about documenting your work.
