You are **NOT** responsible for selling our service on the phone. --- # What You'll Be Doing You'll receive: ✅ Verified business owner contact lists ✅ Power Dialer (provided by us) ✅ CRM & appointment booking system ✅ Calling scripts ✅ Full onboarding and support Your responsibilities: * Call business owners during US business hours. * Build rapport and qualify prospects. * Schedule qualified appointments with our sales team. * Update appointment statuses in our CRM. * Consistently hit daily booking goals. Our target is **4–5 qualified appointments per day.** --- # Trial Period Every applicant begins with a **1-week paid trial.** During the trial: * **No hourly payment** * **$10 USD for every qualified appointment booked** This allows both sides to determine whether we're a good long-term fit. --- # Long-Term Compensation If the trial is successful, you'll receive: * **$6 USD/hour** * **$10 USD per qualified appointment** * **7% commission on every closed sale** Our average client value is approximately **$1,500 USD**, making commissions very rewarding. ### Growth Plan We reward loyalty and consistent performance. **After your first month working with us** * $10 per qualified appointment * 7% commission **After your second month** * $15 per qualified appointment * 8% commission **From your third month onward** * Up to $25 per qualified appointment * Up to 9% commission on every closed sale Top performers who consistently produce results have excellent long-term earning potential. --- # What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: * Fluent in English * Confident with a natural, professional accent * Comfortable speaking with business owners * Reliable and self-motivated * Goal-oriented * Professional and coachable Previous cold calling or appointment-setting experience is highly preferred. --- # Bonus Points ⭐ If possible, **please include a short voice recording or a brief cold-calling demo** with your application.
