Expert Cosmetic Formulator Needed for Premium Natural Deodorant and Lip Balm Formulation

I am looking for an experienced, professional cosmetic chemist/formulator to develop two high-quality, safe, and effective natural products for my upcoming skincare brand: Natural Roll-on Deodorant: Must be aluminum-free, alcohol-free, and baking soda-free (for sensitive skin). It should focus on innovative, bio-fermented actives and gentle antibacterial ingredients (like bio-enzymes, zinc, or silver) to provide long-lasting odor protection with a premium, non-greasy texture. Natural Lip Balm: A rich, stable, and deeply hydrating formula using natural waxes, butters, and oils. It must have an excellent melting point, a smooth glide, and resist graininess over time. Project Requirements: Deliver a complete, scalable formula with INCI names, percentages (w/w), and step-by-step manufacturing instructions. Provide technical guidance on pH balancing, preservative selection, and stability testing. Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting. Includes 3 to 5 rounds of formulation adjustments based on prototype evaluation. Ability to either ship physical prototypes or guide me through local lab-scale batch preparation (I have a pharmaceutical background).
