Expert Needed: Shopify to Amazon Seller Central Migration, Metafields, Mapping and QA

We are seeking an experienced specialist to transfer approximately **300–500 products** from our Shopify store to Amazon Seller Central using **Shopify Marketplace Connect**. This is not a general Shopify-development or Amazon-listing position. The contractor must have direct experience configuring the complete connection between both platforms, including Shopify metafields, Marketplace Connect mappings, formulas, Amazon listing attributes, variations, and catalog-quality control. Our catalog includes apparel, blankets, mugs, and water bottles. Products may include multiple sizes, colors, capacities, and customer personalization. The selected contractor will review the existing catalog, determine which Shopify fields can map directly to Amazon, create any necessary Amazon-specific metafields, populate those fields efficiently, and configure the appropriate Marketplace Connect mappings. The work will include: * Auditing the Shopify catalog and Marketplace Connect configuration * Creating the necessary Shopify metafields for Amazon titles, descriptions, bullet points, search terms, and other required attributes * Using CSV files, formulas, bulk editing, AI-assisted data processing, or other appropriate methods to populate the required information * Mapping Shopify fields and metafields to the corresponding Amazon Seller Central attributes * Correctly handling sizes, colors, capacities, parent-child variations, images, pricing, inventory, brand, product identifiers, and merchant fulfillment * Reviewing personalized products and determining the appropriate Amazon Custom process * Publishing products in controlled test batches before transferring the full catalog * Resolving Amazon listing errors, missing attributes, suppressed listings, and variation problems * Manually reviewing the completed Amazon listings to confirm they match the Shopify products as closely as possible * Providing documentation explaining the final mappings and how future products should be added The project is expected to take approximately **three weeks**. Applicants must have completed this specific type of Shopify Marketplace Connect to Amazon Seller Central project multiple times.
