Summary

I am seeking an experienced Optical Communications Systems Engineer or Simulation Expert to assist with the modeling, optimization, and analysis of high-speed optical transceivers. We are specifically analyzing 106 Gbaud and higher (e.g., 200 Gbaud) PAM4 systems operating in the O-band. The ideal freelancer will help us interpret existing datasets, sweep simulation parameters, and optimize equalizer structures (FFE, DFE) to achieve the best trade-off between TDECQ and SER/BER. Use of VPI photonics Design suite required.
