Expert Technical Support Specialist – Engineering & CAD/CAM/CAE Software

Job Description We are seeking a high-level Technical Support & Training Specialist with deep, hands-on expertise in advanced engineering, simulation, and CAD/CAM/CAE software. In this role, you will work directly with our clients and internal teams to deliver world-class software demonstrations, troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks, and conduct structured training sessions. You do not need to be an expert in all the programs listed below, but you must possess authoritative, production-level knowledge in at least one or two of them. Core Responsibilities Software Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, high-level technical presentations to showcase software capabilities, workflows, and value propositions to stakeholders. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex software errors, installation issues, performance bottlenecks, and workflow glitches. Software Training: Deliver clear, structured training sessions (or create instructional material) tailored to both beginner and advanced users. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be able to explain highly technical, abstract engineering concepts simply. Presentation Skills: Confident screen-sharing, presenting, and thinking on your feet during live client Q&A. Environment: A stable, high-speed internet connection and a workstation capable of smoothly running and sharing the specified software.
